Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time from the app. The change goes through the App Store or Google Play, which apply their usual rules. Usually, moving to a higher plan applies right away and moving to a lower plan applies at the next renewal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then your account returns to the free plan.
Does my data stay in Switzerland?
Yes. Your invoices, your clients and your account data are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak. Only some technical services go abroad, such as subscription payments (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) and notification delivery (Apple, Google). The details are in the privacy policy.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan lets you use Helvet Bill without a subscription, with monthly limits (see the details above). You can move to a paid plan whenever you need it.
